Each session we will discuss two topics regarding nutrition, a healthy lifestyle and how to achieve healthy and natural weight loss or just simply to feel your best.
It seems that there is so much information out there these days that it's a minefield!
How do you make the right decisions about how to keep healthy?
The aims of this friendly and informal group are to provide advice and information, recipe ideas, handouts, an optional weigh in if weight loss is your aim and plenty of support and celebration to help you achieve your personal goals.
With guidance and support you can make massive changes to your health and wellbeing in just a few weeks and feel vibrant for the summer.
Each two hour workshop will offer you different advice on hydration, why and when to eat organic produce, a look at nutritional supplements what our body needs in terms of protein, carbohydrates and fats, the glycemic index and what exactly is a healthy diet.
You'll be learning how to take better care of yourself and each week, feeling and looking so much better and building up a file of useful resources to help you and share with your family and friends.
Part 1 of 6 when we will be discussing hydration and what constitutes a healthy diet.
